Was it a take-off on The Sopranos?

My favorite line was (as previously stated) Brian's...
"You shot me in both of my knees and lit me on fire...piss off!"
The ending was just brilliant. I also loved Stewie beating himself up out of anxiety!

And I'd just got back from drinking with some friends, so I was 1/2 drunk, and I still didn't laugh at all during this episode. WTF. Guess everyone, including Macfarlan, hits a dry spell sometime.

but for me the highlight of the episode was the amazingly staged SHIPOOPI musical bit.
Long,funny,well choreographed and composed,this is high quality television.
